I founded and run this market for Đông Quan commune (Hưng Yên) — recruiting volunteers, sourcing goods, and designing it so families choose what they need with dignity rather than queue for handouts.

I helped plan the activities and coordinate the team so the evening belonged to the children, with games and stories rather than a stage and a photo.

I founded and chair this program — bringing gifts and, more importantly, time and attention to elderly neighbours, struggling households and hardworking students. I learned that presence matters more than presents.

Long-term opportunity, not a one-day gift — two study funds I founded and run, 10,000,000₫ each per year: one for disadvantaged, high-achieving pupils at Đông Lĩnh Primary School (awarded at the start of each school year), and one for children of Đông An hamlet, Đông Quan commune, Hưng Yên (awarded at Mid-Autumn).

This is the program I care most about — I initiated and run both funds myself. Each has now run for six years, and I've committed to keep them going for at least ten, because a fund that keeps going changes years of a child's life, not a single day.

A safe, joyful place to play for the youngest children — turning a bare schoolyard into a garden they look forward to every morning.

I led this project as its organizer — rallying volunteers, parents and sponsors to build a “Fairy-Tale Garden” playground for Đông Lĩnh Preschool. My role was to bring people together around one shared effort, so the children would have somewhere to play that the whole community had a hand in building.
